Влияние электронно-пучковых обработок на деформационное поведение и сверхэластичность никелида титана при квазистатическом и циклических нагружениях кручением
The paper presents the results of а study of the deformation behavior and superelasticity of Ti-Ni-Ta-based surface alloys synthesized on the TiNi-substrate after quasi-static and cyclic torsion. It has een found that the electron-beam synthesis does not have a critical effect on the integral inelastic properties of the TiNi-substrate, but, on the contrary, leads to an increase in the strength characteristics of the material, as well as to an increase in the accumulation and recovery of inelastic deformations. Subsequent heating of TiNi-specimens with surface Ti-Ni-Ta alloys to T ≈ 323 K after the end of cyclic tests leads to a complete return of the accumulated deformation.
