Аннотация:

Представлена классификация основных механизмов повреждения современных типов микроконтроллеров вследствие воздействия разрядов статического электричества. Впервые проведена систематизация электростатических разрядов по типу воздействия и механизму влияния на оборудование. Приведена градация разрядов по степени повреждения и области выявления разрушения. In this paper presented the classification of the main types of damage mechanisms of modern microcontrollers from static electricity. First time it’s developed system-assisted electrostatic discharges by type of impact and the mechanism of influence to electronic devices. See grading categories according to the degree of damage and the identification places of the destruction.
