Piezoelectric properties of ceramic materials of the 0,2Pb(Nb2/3Zni з)О3- 0,8(РЬ2го.5ТІо 5)О3 system are studied. The influence of the Ga +3, V+5 doping ions nn piezoelectric properties of ceramic samples of the PNZ-PZT system is investigated. It is shown that pretreatment of powder mixture allows to decrease the calcinations temperature on 150°C and to receive the ceramics with homogeneous struc- iLire and the grain sizes ~2...3 im, at that piezoelectric properties improve. It is found that addition of ions Ga+3 to the ceramics at a stage of sintering reduces sin- ii'iing temperature on 80C, raises electromechanical coupling factor with 0,52 to 0,58 and piezoelectric constant d3i with 170-10 with a method of the mechanical activation.
