В данной статье раскрывается содержание понятий «игровой метод обучения», «игровые приёмы», «речевой навык», а также приводятся примеры обучающих и развивающих игр на английском языке. Проанализирован материал для развития общеучебных и речевых навыков, отобранный с учётом психологических и возрастных особенностей детей. Исследование проведено на языковом материале по темам «Animals», «Let's have fun (activities)», «Hobbies». This article deals with the concepts such as «role playing», «role playing techniques», «speech skill» as well as examples of training and developing games in English. The material for development of all-educational and speech skills, taking into account psychological and age features of children, has been analysed. The research has been conducted on language material on the subjects «Animals», «Let's have fun (activities)», «Hobbies».
