The article reviews the methodologies for selection of 25-45 y. o. volunteers who were examined for participating in program МАРС-500. The selection was conducted according to the ISS exploiting document 50 667 MED Volume C as well as special Russian requirements for cosmonauts. Preliminary medical examination was found to be effective selection tool: only 45 of 245 candidates were allowed for the 2nd selection stage. Participants’ diseases were described and analyzed. As one of conclusion the authors propose studying comorbidity indexes as a must in such examinations.
Отмечена высокая распространённость заболеваний среди лиц, планирующих участие в длительных модельных исследованиях; испытание стандартных методик отбора показало их высокую эффективность. Необходимо совершенствование диспансеризации работоспособного населения, учитывая высокую заболеваемость среди лиц от 25 до 45 лет.
