The article dedicates to studying of the mononorm as a stage of а process of the formation of the law. Author substantiates a thesis, that a mononorm is an integral part of that process. Its solid character was inherit from the epoch of a natural existence of a physiological ancestors of the man and reflects a syncretisme of a primitive perception of the world.
Статья посвящена рассмотрению мононормы как стадии процесса становления права. Автор обосновывает мысль, что мононорма является неотъемлемой ступенью этого процесса. Ее слитный характер воспринят из эпохи природного существования физиологических предков человека и отражает синкретизм первобытного восприятия мира.
