В статье представлен анализ перспектив развития информационно-коммуникационных технологий в третьем десятилетии XXI столетия и далее с позиций повышения качества жизни социально уязвимых категорий населения государства. The article presents an analysis of the prospects for the development of information and communication technologies in the third decade of the 21st century and beyond from the standpoint of improving the quality of life of socially vulnerable categories of the population of the state.
